Empathetic, trauma-informed counselling to support your wellbeing
Change is hard—but you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a safe, supportive, and confidential space to explore whatever you’re going through.
My counselling approach is grounded in emotional validation and personal agency. Together, we can work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

About Gretta
Gretta is a registered mental health social worker, with Medicare rebates. She’s worked with individuals, couples and families in health and community settings since 2007.
Gretta is dedicated to fostering a warm, judgment-free space where authentic connection can thrive. She enjoys working with people with a diverse range of issues, seeing the person in front of her rather than any kind of label. Gretta resonates deeply with Gabor Mate’s key message that ‘normal’ is a myth. She believes that life challenges, including mental health, addictions, and relationship issues, are all understandable outcomes of multi-generational pain and disconnection.
Gretta gently nurtures clients to connect with self-compassion, while increasing self-awareness and a sense of empowerment to create change. Gretta’s approachable, empathetic nature supports clients to openly face life’s challenges in a way that grows a greater connection to choices and ultimately, improved wellbeing, relationships, satisfaction and vitality.
